These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the Jack & Jill Affiliate Programme (“Programme”). By participating in the Programme, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility for Rewards

To be eligible for a reward:

• A candidate referred by you must be successfully hired by a paying client of Jack & Jill.
• The hire must be for a role sourced and facilitated directly by Jack and Jill’s internal team, not by external job boards or other public listings.
• The referee (candidate) must have used your unique referral code when signing up. Only the first referral code used by the candidate will be considered valid.

2. Reward Conditions

• There is no limit to the number of candidates you may refer.
• Referrals remain valid for 12 months from the date the candidate signs up using your referral code.
• The reward is tied to the date the referred person signs up via the link
• Payment will be made within 30 days after Jack & Jill receives payment from the client for the associated hire.

3. Payment Discretion and Finality

• All payments are made at the sole and absolute discretion of Jack & Jill.
• Participation in the Programme does not create any contractual obligation on Jack and Jill to pay any reward, even if all eligibility criteria appear to be met.
• You acknowledge and agree that Jack and Jill reserves the right to withhold or cancel payment at any time, for any reason, without the need to provide justification.

4. Changes to Terms

Jack & Jill reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the Programme or these Terms at any time, without prior notice. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
