These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the Jack & Jill Affiliate Programme (“Programme”). By participating in the Programme, you agree to be bound by the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

The Jack & Jill Affiliate Programme allows individuals and organisations (“Participants”, “you”) to earn rewards by referring:

• Candidates: job seekers who engage with Jack and find employment through Jack & Jill.
• Companies: businesses that engage with Jill and make a hire through the platform.

Rewards are only payable for successful hires that meet all the eligibility and payment conditions set out in these Terms.

2. Eligibility for Rewards

2.1 Candidate Referrals

To be eligible for a candidate referral reward:

• The candidate must sign up via your unique referral link or code.
• Only the first referral code or link used by the candidate will be considered valid.
• The candidate must be successfully hired by a paying client of Jack & Jill for a role sourced and facilitated by Jack & Jill, not via external job boards or other third-party channels.
• The referred candidate must not already exist in Jack & Jill’s system (e.g. via direct sign-up or previous referral) at the time of registration.

2.2 Company Referrals

To be eligible for a company referral reward:

• The company must sign up via your unique referral link.
• Only the first referral link used by the company will be considered valid.
• The company must hire at least one candidate through Jill within 12 months of sign-up.
